Beef with Broccoli (Nuea Pad Kanaa) |

Ingredients:
- Marinade:
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch/corn flour
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/2 lb. Beef chuck or flank, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1/2 lb. Chinese broccoli or broccoli
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup straw mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
Method:
- Combine the marinade ingredients, then add the beef pieces and marinade for 2 hours or overnight.
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into 3 in pieces and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet and add the oil. Saut� the beef until almost cooked.
- Add the broccoli and the other ingredients and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot or warm.
